Shipping Method
The shipping method used is based on the item(s) you order.
(A) UPS Ground is used for SMALL items, such as jewelry box, wall plaques, and lacquer screens.
(B) For all heavy Rosewood Furniture, we use our trucking company, and your furniture is handled carefully throughout the shipping process.
Shipping Costs
All the small or gift items, the shipping charges is included in the purchase price.
For the heavy Rosewood Furniture, our trucking company has the minimum shipping charge of $250 for each purchase order, and $505 or more per shipment with multiple purchases.  The freight charges is calculated & discounted proportionally for purchasing multiple items at the same time.
Shipping Handling
We guarantee 100% satisfaction furniture delivery for our customers.  In the whole home furniture delivery process, our trucking company provide a full set up removing the furniture packaging cardboard & foam, and setting up, and place the furniture where you need it in the house.  We guarantee the furniture will be delivered without damages.  If it does arrive damage, we will replace another new piece for our customers in the next shipment.  No extra shipping costs.
